Little Bit of This ~&~ Little Bit of That

Welcome Back

^..^
~
We decided to head off to Critter Cabin today!
We had some things that we wanted to do and also just wanted to get away!

Well for all of you that don't know about the cold, cold weather that we had in February, it did a number on the Critter Cabin toliet. Cracked it right down the middle. So now it is time to repair and replace! As they say " Out with the old ~~ In with the new!" Didn't take Pat long at this project and now we have a new toliet again ready for use!

Looks great and it sure will come in handy on those cool nights!

Pat out cutting some logs that we have a market for!
His timber business is getting back into shape again!
The size of the logs are smaller but they are easier to handle also.

Spring has sprung at Critter Cabin. Lot of different leaves are starting to come up!

Now this isn't very big!  I believe that is actually called a lichen.

Now correct me if I'm wrong on my plants!
I beleive this is called a
"Cow Parsnip"

Your guess as good as mine! Can't seem to find this one in my books.

Well the fir cone is easy ~ then there is some dried up oak puff balls?

My name is "Yellow Bell"

Common Camas

Well Now everybody should know what this is!
It is Old mans beard!
How many of you have worn this under or above your lip as a kid?

This black beetle was about an 1" long. Very shiny and had yellow juice that came from him!
Very interesting.

Say, what long legs you have?

Itsty Bitsy Spider on an Oak Leaf!

Pat just talking it all in.
Or maybe waiting for me as I was taking pictures of lots of things.

Hey you ? Is this my best side?

This was a bunch of 7 deer. Pat thinks that they were all bucks.
No horns on them, which means ~~ Better get to hunting horns real soon! Found 3 at Critter Cabin last year, have to shoot for 4 this year.
This was a nice day at Critter Cabin, we will be back soon, I just know it! The deer are back and it is time to get to hunting horns again! Till  we meet again.
