A Work ~&~ Fun Outing!

ATTENTION!

Does anyone know what Mountain this is?
You have to read the rest of the blog to find the answer.

Looks like Spring ~ but it is still winter at Critter Cabin!

Got alot of the limbs moved into piles ready to burn. Josh came to help out alot.

Wow, what a difference a day makes! Just take a look at the last post to see what a mess it was.

These limbs are waiting to be moved to the burn pile.

Another good clean up job in this area!

So many chainsaws and so little time!

Pat and I cut a nice load of doug fir for fire wood. We hope that it will dry before winter next year!

This is the edge of the Owens Property that is part of Critter Cabin. The bare ridge is about the property line.

Here a Turkey, there a Turkey, everywhere a Turkey, Turkey! Looks like all these were Hen Turkeys.

Pat and I spent the night here at Critter Cabin. The deer came in to get their chips and salt at 4:00 pm. Seems like they had a built in clock as they come about that time everyday. After a long day of working on moving the limbs and cutting wood we had a nice dinner of homemade chili. Played  several games of rummy~ which Pat is still winning, then off to bed.

Now back to the Mountain~~~ It is Mt. St. Helens in Washington.
